The Ubuntu team announced release of Ubuntu 16.04 Beta 2, second and final beta release for upcoming Ubuntu 16.04 LTS stable release for desktops, servers, cloud platforms and other embedded systems. This release announcement is applicable for all other official Ubuntu flavors including Kubuntu, Ubuntu GNOME, Ubuntu Kylin, Xubuntu, Ubuntu MATE, Lubuntu ..etc. Ubuntu 16.04 LTS final is scheduled to release on 21st of april.
Codenamed "Xenial Xerus", 16.04 LTS continues Ubuntu's proud traditionof integrating the latest and greatest open source technologies into ahigh-quality, easy-to-use Linux distribution.
