World Without Linux - Final Episode (#6): Free Burger [Video]

The Linux Foundation has published 6th and final episode of world without linux series. The video showcases where the Linux and Open Source technologies has reached in past few decades.



Linux was a kernal project started by Linus Torvald's, a university student at that time, just for 'fun'. Now the whole ideal has grown beyond everyone's expectation with thousands of contributors across the globe. There are varieties of linux kernels available. And they are shipped in different flavors combined with Free Software Foundation's GNU project.

Now there are thousands of active free software projects. Most of these projects are of high quality are commonly used in industries.

The revolution of free software, is expected to exhibit big differences in coming days as well.
