Latest issue of distrowatch weekly features a review of recently released Zorin OS Core 11, an Ubuntu 15.10 based GNU/Linux distribution. Zorin OS is an Ubuntu based operating system which tries to provide a similar desktop experience for windows users. It also provides supports for windows binaries by using wine.
The reviewer concludes this review saying that, though he is feeling positive about Zorin OS 11, he won't recommend it for windows migrants as it is only supported for 6 months. He prefer to recommend Zorin OS 10(based on Ubuntu 14.04.x LTS) or upcoming Zorin release based on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

Zorin OS 11 is based on Ubuntu 15.10 and uses version 4.2 of the Linux kernel. Zorin OS 11 Core and Zorin OS 11 Ultimate are both available in 32-bit and 64-bit versions. The 64-bit Zorin OS 11 Core ISO I downloaded for this review was 1.6GB. Version 11 will be supported until July 2016. Users interested in what Zorin OS offers, but in need of a distribution with a longer support period can use Zorin OS 9, which is based on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and is supported until April 2019. In addition, the LTS release also has free Educational and Educational Lite versions along with the four editions listed above.
