A countdown has appeared today, April 4, on the elementary OS website suggesting that a new release of the highly anticipated operating system will be unveiled in approximately 7 days and 10 hours from the moment of writing this article.Will the final version of the elementary OS 0.3 (codename Freya) will be finally released to users worldwide on April 11 when the countdown ends? Is this the countdown for the Release Candidate version of the upcoming operating system, or for another Beta release?
