The Netrunner team has happily announced immediate availability of Netrunner Desktop 17.01 Baryon, latest stable update of Debian based GNU/Linux distribution offering cutting edge Plasma experience. This release announcement is only applicable for x86_64 systems.
Netrunner 17.01 has moved it's based from Debian Jessy branch to 2016.12.12 snapshot of upcoming Debian Stretch which implies system can be kept on a certain version of stack, while providing option to enable debian testing repositories and get continuously tested updates.
