The Linux Mint team announced availability of Linux Mint 17.3 'Rosa' Beta, development release of upcoming Linux Mint 17.3. As usual tradition of Linux Mint, this release announcement is applicable for both Cinnamon and MATE flavors.
Similar to recent releases of Linux Mint, Linux Mint 17.3 is also based on Ubuntu 14.04.x LTS and will continue to provide support up to 2019. This release features Cinnamon 2.8 and MATE 1.12.
