Mr ericbsd of GhostBSD team has announced release of GhostBSD 11.1 BETA 1, latest development release of FreeBSD based desktop operating system. This release brings MATE and Xfce flavors for i386 and x86_64 systems.
As any other development releases, GhostBSD 11.1 BETA 1 is also not free from bugs and issues. The purpose of providing a development release is to find as many bugs as possible and fix it to provide a more robust and reliable experience with final release. With this release, the team is expecting more of volunteers from community to test the installation images and report bugs.
